So, the next time you want to spend an evening binging on the Korean Netflix series, or listening to BTS and Black Pink on a calm night, do it authentically by preparing this Egg Korean Bowl!

Preparation time – 25 mins

Servings – 1

Ingredients 

3 tsp Olive Oil 

1 packet of Ramen 

3 leaves of lettuce

1 cup red cabbage 

1 cup Carrots

1 cup of Corn 

2 chopped Spring onions 

1 Eggoz eggs 

Procedure

  • Add 3 tsp of olive oil to the pan on the flame and let it warm up.
  • Next, add the pieces of lettuce and toss them till they are soft and lush. 
  • In a separate pan, sauté a cup of red cabbage and sliced onion to add a splash of color to your Korean bowl. 
  • Next, to a pan on the flame, add three cubes of butter and the ramen tastemaker to prepare the sauce and get the kick of flavor in every bite.
  • To this sauce, add boiled noodles and mix them well. 
  • Break an egg on top of a pan with olive oil, and let it cook. Keep it on the flame till your yolk has the consistency of your liking.
  • Boil some corn and keep it aside.
  • Add the noodles to a bowl. Place the lettuce, cabbage, and carrots, on top to plate it aesthetically. 
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions and enjoy!
  • Optional- Place chopsticks on the side to elevate the placing and take a few clicks for your Instagram story.
